Return Policy

Bella Formosa gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online from our website. Within 14 days or less, you may receive a refund to store credit/e-gift card. In some circumstances, exchanges may be available. Please contact us for more information.

Please note the customer is in charge of shipping back the return. Bella Formosa does not provide return labels

Bella Formosa does not offer any exchanges at this time. The only time you may be eligible for an exchange is if something does not fit and we have your preferred size in stock. Should an exchange be available, we cannot adjust price differences. Please email us if you have any further questions.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us via email at shopbellaformosa@gmail.com. Please try emailing us as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee a change/cancellation before we ship your order- we strive on shipping your orders quickly!

Lost or stolen packages

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipper. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

We are always happy to replace/refund items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local post office with the tracking number handy to see where your package was dropped off or check tracking online.
  • Check with neighbours to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes the shipping carrier updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please go to our return portal asap or contact us at shopbellaformosa@gmail.com within 7 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect. 
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
